Artisteer Remove Footer Entry
After you have created your new beautiful template you notice that you have a footer that boasts the artisteer site.
To remove this, just open up your footer.php file in the exported directory of your template and remove or change the reference to artisteer.
Simple.
If you don’t already have artisteer you can get your own copy or see what its all about here.

…or, select file (or the paint palette icon, export options, footnote, and deselect the check boxes > export your template – voila!
thanks for that tip. do you know how to fix any of the drupal issues with the breadcrumbs not working when exporting?
hmmm, i cant find that file!
Thanks a lot I was bothering with it quite a lot.
Regards
I tried that on my on web site but the footer is still showing up. Any ideas?
On the footer of a WordPress blog there is a line that says:Copytight c 2009___. All Rights Reserved.
How can I change that to 2010?
I can change that in the Joomla template by editing the index.php but somehow it is not located in the WordPress template, unless age is catching up on me.
Appreciate the help.
You want to edit your footer.php in wordpress to remove or change this.
Look for the line that has the Copyright in it and edit to your liking.
If you click on appearance, then editor you can find the footer.php for your theme in the right hand column, and you should be able to edit it in wordpress directly.
Could you please tell me what kind of site you are running? joomla, wordpress, drupal, etc?
You’re welcome.
Where are you looking?
FYI, it did not work for me, but I found the solution on Artisteer’s site, which requires changing the index.php file, in cases when the template has already been exported. See the link below.
