You need some kind of Joystick to Keyboard converter. Flash as of yet doesn’t yet support any imput devices other than mouse and keyboard. If you were on Windows I would suggest Joy2key.

till yestarday workin fine but today after download n install ubuntu patchs is weird….
i play gens or another emulator and without advice de control pad logitec rumble is disconect…just must be unplug the cable n conct again to recovery the control(obviusly close n open again the emulator…..)
please help….

Just edit the /etc/snes9x/snes9x.conf and set the joydev1 to /dev/input/js0. Saves you the trouble of typing it every time and should work in the GUI.
